The Tacoma-Pierce County Coalition to End Homelessness is the City of Tacoma and Pierce County’s response to homelessness. It is the mission of the Coalition to preserve and create affordable housing, prevent homelessness, restore homeless persons to stable living environments, and promote community awareness of homelessness issues through education, legislative advocacy, mutual support and the sharing of resources.
